To register your child, follow these simple steps:

• Select the desired activity on our website.
• From the activity page, click on the "Register my child" button.
• Fill in the registration form with the requested information.
• You will receive an invoice by e-mail within 5 days, to be paid to finalize the registration.

⚠️ For last-minute registrations, the invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible, and we will ask for payment on receipt in order to guarantee your child's place.

All practical information will be sent by e-mail to the address used for registration, the week before the activity starts. This e-mail will contain the address of the venue, the contact details of the activity leader or teacher in charge, and any other useful information.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For cancellations made up to one week before the start of a vacation activity, course or camp, we offer a full refund.

For cancellations made less than a week in advance, we will refund 50% of the total amount.

Once the week has begun, a refund is only possible in the event of illness, from the 3rd day of absence and on presentation of a medical certificate.

If your child is ill and unable to attend a lesson, we ask you to inform the teacher or activity leader as soon as possible using the telephone number provided before the start of the course.

In the event of prolonged illness, a refund is possible from the third day of absence, on presentation of a medical certificate.

Our vacation activities are short, lasting a maximum of one week. As a result, there is no trial period. Each participant needs to live the full experience to fully discover the activities and get the most out of them. For refunds, see the question on our cancellation policy above.

What insurance do I need?

Parents must ensure that participants have accident insurance to cover medical expenses in the event of injury, as well as third-party liability insurance to cover any damage. This insurance is essential to ensure that appropriate care is taken in the event of an incident.

What happens in the event of a medical emergency?

In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact the parents and, if necessary, the emergency services. It is essential that parents provide us with relevant health information about their child before the start of the course, including any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.

It's possible! Our registration portal lets you directly view groups and the number of places remaining. You'll know right away whether your children are in the same group or not, so all you have to do is register them for the same activity, at the same place and at the same time.

Yes, a family can benefit from a 10% sibling discount for the second and subsequent children enrolled in our camps.

This applies to the second and subsequent registrations within the same family for a given vacation period.

By default, payment for our vacation activities must be made in full before the activity begins. This validates your registration and guarantees your place.
