Our vacation activities are short, lasting a maximum of one week. As a result, there is no trial period. Each participant needs to live the full experience to fully discover the activities and get the most out of them. For refunds, see the question on our cancellation policy above.
Once the week has started, a refund is only possible in the event of illness, from the 3rd day of absence and on presentation of a medical certificate.
