Ever since I was a child, I've been captivated by drawing, initially by comic strips, but even more so when manga swept through the West. Attracted by its style, dynamism and themes, I've never stopped drawing and exploring this culture. My course at the ESAAA in Annecy enabled me to broaden my artistic skills, strengthen my academic foundations and enhance my ability to think about a project.
After becoming an illustrator and painter, I was asked by EBAG in the Geneva area to teach comic strip/manga drawing, academic drawing, digital illustration and multidisciplinary art to young people. Later on, the courses turned towards a more experienced public in drawing and painting.
At the same time, I was a secondary school art teacher for four years.
I've been teaching drawing for 15 years now, and it's always been a great pleasure for me to be able to accompany students, help them technically, support them, inspire them and simply watch them develop!
